Qualification

*Candidate must be a graduate

*Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

*Must have good command over Malayalam and English

*Good command in Hindi is an added advantage

*Must be polite, easygoing and friendly.

*Intuitive to customers needs

*Must have the ability to build and maintain relationships

*A background in customer service or sales is a plus

*Must understand customer relationship management (CRM)

*Strategic thinker and ability to analyse and solve problems quickly

*Ability to work well with others and lead a team

*Attentive to detail and organized

*Must be self-motivated, flexible and able to manage several jobs at one time

Roles and Responsibilities

*Customer on-boarding and enter customers into the system

*Build long-term relationships with clients and customers

*Work quickly to address and resolve customer issues

*Notify the sales team of new sales and cross-selling opportunities

*Become familiar with the competition to stay ahead of them

*Encourage high-sales and good customer service practices

*Create strategies and work with clients to boost our brand

*Help promote and maintain a positive company image

*Keep the customer in the loop and send latest look books, catalogs and new designs to the customers.

*Maintain strong relationship with the customer and keep the customer in contact with the branch

* Take up the customer data provided by partners responsibly and call and speak to those customers and encourage business relationships with them.

*Play an active role in marketing and help in business development activities

*Collect special dates like birthdays and anniversaries from customers and wish them.

* Provide special offers to premium customers after approval from the management

*Notify customers about promos, offers, exhibitions, shows, expos etc related to our brand.
