Our client is a company located in the United States of America that is involved in the marketing of a
software product. The marketing team of the client needs some assistance with research function that
they are planning to obtain through an offshore team member located in India.
The following tasks are expected to be performed by the offshore team member in India:
• Online research on the leads provided by the US team and provide research results
• Research about players in various international markets based on the requirements laid down
by the US team
• Consolidating and presentation of research results in the formats specified by the US team
• Update of research database in the application maintained by the US team
• Regular extraction and circulation of standard MIS reports
• Fulfillment of ad hoc report requests by the US team

Qualifications/ Skills/ Job requirements:
• Good communication skills in English – oral and written
• Neutral accent that is decipherable to global clients
• Experience in marketing preferred
• Experience in working in system driven environment/ outsourcing will be an added advantage
• Exposure to multi-cultural work environment will be preferred
• Graduate/ Post Graduate in Sales/ Marketing/ Communication will be ideal
• Candidate should have good working knowledge of MS Office tools – MS Excel, MS Word, MS
PowerPoint, MS Outlook
• Good persuasive and negotiation skills, pleasing voice and manners
• Opportunity to work from home – Working hours will be from 11 AM to 8 PM IST (Mon to Fri)
