Wanted Sales Associate – Domestic B2C Sales for a reputed FMCG Company @ Cochin

Qualification:

·         Graduation in any stream from a recognized university

Experience:

·         2 plus years of experience in sales in FMCG industry

Job Summary:

Create a pool of satisfied customers by developing a wide customer network along the region assigned and ensuring substantial increase in sales revenue and sales volume in the designated area of service.

Job Responsibilities:

1.      Accountable for generating sales revenue based on the target set by the organization

2.      Responsible for identifying new leads in retail and Modern Trade segment and guarantee maximum conversion.

3.      Responsible to conduct market research and identify new business opportunities

4.      In-charge of identifying new distributors and maintaining a healthy business relationship

5.      Ensure required market analysis, verification and documentation while adding new distributors

6.      Educate the distributors on product USPs and its application in various business domain

7.      Responsible for maintaining track of stock at distributor point and ensure product availability on time

8.      Implement FIFO and avoid chances of expiry return in both distributor point/Modern trade/retail stores

9.      Conduct cold calling and market visits to acquire new customers thereby increasing customer base

10.  Implement route-wise sales plan and  ensure systematic visit to the customers

11.  Ensure products reach the customers regularly without delay

12.  Responsible for ensuring shelf display in a themed manner in retail stores

13.  Responsible for updating the leadership on market trends, offers and sales strategies practised by other market players

14.  Responsible for presenting P&L of each route and suggest areas for cost optimization and route efficiency

15.  Responsible for maintaining sales record accurately and submit daily report to the reporting manager

16.  Maintain professional relationship with distributors and other clients and be a point of contact for feedback and queries

17.  Responsible for resolving any customer/end user complaints/concerns and submit a report on the same to the reporting manager
