Wanted Sales Associate (Techno Commercial Sales)  for a reputed FMCG Company @ Cochin

Qualification:

Graduation in Food Science with Post graduation in Management

Experience:

5 plus years of experience in sales in Techno Commercial sales in food industry

Job Summary:

To positively impact sales performance by working with the sales team in creating     awareness and educating customers on product specification and convincing the customer  on product quality and application thereby developing a satisfied customer base.

 

Job Responsibilities:

1.      Responsible for enhancing the sales performance through regular face-to-face interaction with customers

2.      Accountable for developing customer base by creating awareness on Product application and use of appropriate substitutes.

3.      Responsible for increasing sales revenue and volume by identifying new opportunities

4.      Conduct trials and product sampling for customers thereby enhancing sales leads

5.      Follow-up with potential leads and support the sales team in conversion

6.      Assist the sales team during pre-sale interaction and product education

7.      Understand and interpret customer requirements/feedback and suggest product variants and improvements

8.      Conduct regular training programs for the sales team to equip them with knowledge of USPs and blends of each product

9.      Co-ordinate with New Product Development team and consistently be updated about new product launch in the market

10.  Support the NPD team on product improvisation and in developing new products

11.  Work with Marketing team in organizing exhibitions and displaying product applications

12.  Work with the R&D team of the customer to explain use of our products in product application trials.
