Designing and implementing company policies that promote a healthy work environment. Developing compensation and benefits plans.
Job responsibilities:-
1Responsible for whole requirement process given by the heads of dept and must be aware of all job portals.
2.Drafting Offer letter, Appointment Letter, Experience letters, Certification etc.
3.Joining formalities.. .
4.Processing full & final Settlement and update.
5.Update record of resigned employees.
6.Finger Punching of new employees.
7.Attendance Punching and salary Processing .
8.Checking monthly conveyance of all staff provide them.
9.Responsible for all bill of Vodafone, Airtel (landline & Mobile), electricity, MTNL etc. and all mobile bill
10.handling PF &ESIC compliances .
Salary : 20 K-30 K
