Job Description:

• To appoint distributers and Handling of new distributor for marketing products.
• Manage sales pipeline, forecast new sales and opportunities.
• Team Handling and Planning.
• Responsible for ensuring secondary Sales.
• Management and update the details of Distributors/ Retailer counters in Company’s software.
• Making of sales report time to time.
• Managing and developing existing and new retail outlets of the geography.
• Responsible for driving primary and most imp secondary sales.
• Timely making and submission of MIS Reports.
• Route bifurcation and route management.
• Responsible for providing growth to the company from time to time.
• Stock planning and inventory controlling at distributors point.
• Market Expansion/ New Markets: Developing new markets and new areas of business growth looking for business opportunities with the channel partners for more extraction and addressability.
• New business development from existing and new customers.
• Responsible for the business targets of the territory.
• Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage, competitor activity and continuously search for new opportunities in order to increase sales in the region.
• Provide distributors and customers in the region with information about new or improved products and services in order to improve sales in the region.
