Job Description:

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a team consisting of service coordinators, telemarketing executives and field staffs.
• Managing the existing business by ensuring timely, proactive and quality service to the existing clients directly or through the team.
• Explore opportunities of future business from existing clients and ensure it is properly identified and attended.
• Identify and update to the management on the various new business opportunities and move forward as per their guidance.
• Ensure client documents are managed and updated on a timely basis.
• Develop and manage prospective new client through the telemarketing team.
• Manage the overall office functions by ensuring necessary facilities and infrastructures in consultation with the management.

• Good in communication; written as well as speaking.
• An attitude for self-development and independent earning mindset.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum graduation is required.
• Good with computers, proficient in using MS Office applications.
• Experience in administrative or sales coordination is preferable.
