Job Description:
● Executing marketing and branding events to increase awareness and visibility among doctors and patients/clients.·
● Attract, manage and retain a team of Doctor Relationship Associates (DRA).·
● Help DRA team to achieve their targets by adopting various skill set to generate quality leads from
the covering market.·
● Must seek & submit the detailed weekly report from DRAs to ensure decent productive from him/her
i.e., Lead to walk-ins.·
● Achieve individual and team sales targets for services/products.·
● Regularly lead the team from the front, monitor and manage team performance.·
● Maintain high levels of motivation by consistently ensuring a high quality learning and professional
experience.·
● Identifying market opportunity by understanding goal points.·
● To work jointly with the team on launching new potential Hospital/Clinics/Doctors at allotted
territory.·
● Covering all Top Potential Doctors / Hospitals for bagging MOUs.· Organizing / to participate in
Doctors groups meeting (RTMs), & also in various ground level activities to sustain and maintain a
long term relationship with those tie-ups accounts/ centres.·
● Generating the quality referral base from existing accounts to expand the network.·
● Equally assign all existing centres / accounts among DRAs under his/her territory.·
● Sustain establish relationships with all key stakeholders and decision makers.·
● Ensure & manage smooth collection of quality data for provisioning of profiles of
doctors/Clinics/Hospitals for Web update & Deployment·
● For stable/mature accounts, play the role of relationship for our Business partners (Hospitals/
Clinics/Doctors)·
● Must maintain and submit all the provided reports on a weekly basis to the reporting manager for
his/her performance assessment.· Regularly Analyzing/Monitoring on achieving TATs, maintain
relevant reports and fulfill process requirements·
● Ensuring potential up-selling and cross-selling opportunities that might arise due to business requirements of the client and pass on the lead to the relevant DRA.·
● Conducting periodic strategic meetings with all the reporting team, & key client stakeholders to
assess the effectiveness of the implementation and also decide the targets and goals for the next
period.
● Setting up a go-to-market model (sales channels, partnerships, etc.), including sales processes.
