Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer tickets product incidents by phone calls, emails, chats and online and process through resolution, recording the status, further communications, follow-ups, and outcomes.
- Solve customer issues through a broad range of processes, methods, and collaboration with other members of the team ensuring customer’s satisfaction.
- Proactively provide updates to the customer on the status.
- Answering queries about products and services.
- Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.
- Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
Requirements:
- Minimum 0-1 year of professional experience in a customer service capacity.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, manage time effectively.
- Able to communicate technical information and data verbally and in writing for a variety of audiences.
