Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and
regulations
Advertising job vacancies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, checking references,
and conducting background checks on potential employees. Coordinating and facilitating
employee onboarding processes, including new employee orientation and training.
Enhancing employee skills and knowledge through training and development programs that
promote professional growth and career advancement.
Designing, administering, and managing employee compensation and benefits programs
Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files and payroll information
Conduct Employee engagement activities/events for the employees to keep the workplace
fun and engaging
Building positive employee relationships through effective communication, conflict
resolution, employee grievances, and disciplinary actions.
Stay up-to-date with HR best practices and trends to ensure that our hotel’s HR policies and
procedures are effective and efficient
Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives as needed
Implement performance review procedures
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in the hotel industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Experience in recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration,
and performance management
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
