Job Description:

Responsibilities:

 Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and
regulations
 Advertising job vacancies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, checking references,
and conducting background checks on potential employees. Coordinating and facilitating
employee onboarding processes, including new employee orientation and training.
 Enhancing employee skills and knowledge through training and development programs that
promote professional growth and career advancement.
 Designing, administering, and managing employee compensation and benefits programs
 Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files and payroll information
 Conduct Employee engagement activities/events for the employees to keep the workplace
fun and engaging
 Building positive employee relationships through effective communication, conflict
resolution, employee grievances, and disciplinary actions.
 Stay up-to-date with HR best practices and trends to ensure that our hotel’s HR policies and
procedures are effective and efficient
 Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives as needed
 Implement performance review procedures

Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
 Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in the hotel industry
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 Strong organizational and time management skills

 Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
 Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
 Experience in recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration,
and performance management
 Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
