Job Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
Prepare department Key Result Areas (KRA) and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) in
accordance with the strategic goal.
Timely fulfilment of staffing requirements of the organization.
Prepare and update the Organization Chart, Job Description, Skills & Competency Matrix
for all designations.
Prepare the department/showroom budgets and ensure that department expenses are
within the budget.
Prepare the department review report and participate in review meetings.
Verify and document the background details of shortlisted candidate before sending
them offer letter.
Timely completion of joining formalities, including transfer of company assets and
induction training
Verify the punching report and take action against those employees who are violating
the attendance and leave policy of the organization.
Conduct probation evaluation by the end of probation period and performance
appraisal of all employees once in a year.
Handle employee grievances and settle the issue without affecting the work flow of the
organization.
Initiate employee welfare activities in the organization.
Issue memo, warning letter etc to those employees who violate organizational policies.
Conduct the exit interview of resigning employees and record the reason for resignation
and also ensure that any issues raised by the employee are not repeated in future.
Conduct one to one interaction with all employees of the organization once in 3 months.
Participate in amendment of department manuals in coordination with Top
Management.
JOB SPECIFICATION
Graduate/MBA with minimum 5 years of experience as HR Generalist and minimum 2
years of experience in similar role.
Should have good communication skills both in verbal and written.
Should have multi-tasking ability.
Should have knowledge as well as the capability to handle the entire HR portfolio.
Salary range: INR 30K to INR 45K.
