Job Description:

Duties &
Responsibilities

1. Conceptualize design, 3D renders, graphic presentations and Hand sketches,
2. Space planning and prepares detailed drawings, designs, plans, models,
materials and mood boards(pictures of proposed Furniture, Lighting Fixtures, Art
Works, Fabrics, Finalized Layout and Elevations presented in colour, with the
proposed colourways and finishes).
3. Prepare the Plans, sections, elevations, details and material list

4. Organizing and attending meetings relating to the project site/client/sub-
contractors and present necessary reports.

5. Coordinates program activities design to manage high-end floor finishes,
joinery works, wall finishes, facades, structural glazing, wall claddings, interior
works, etc. from the conceptual stage through the life cycle of the projects.
6. Prepare graphic design presentations and artwork, submittal package,
presentation and maintain records and get approvals from client and
management.
7. Maintain constant professional communications with client, project team, and
consultants

Education

Holding a degree (certification in accredited Interior Design / Software course)

Skills / Knowledge

1. Should have thorough knowledge Proficient in Photoshop In-Design /
Photoshop and PowerPoint, AutoCAD, 3D Max and Revit / AutoCAD and
Sketch-up
2. Must have knowledge of designer furniture, fabrics, leather, Light Fixtures,
Sanitary Fixtures and Ceiling / Wall Finishes.
3. Solid computer skills are required AutoCAD, EXCEL, MS WORD and related
quantity surveying and estimation software
