Wanted Lead / Sr Software Developer (Python) for an IT firm @ Kochi
Experience: 4 to 6 yrs
Salary: Up to 60k (negotiable for right skills)
Job Type: Permanent

Roles & Responsibilities:-
– Define project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value, organize and lead project status meetings, manage risks and issues
– Leading and managing large, complex enterprise-level projects
– Using good judgment and skill to develop a project management approach that is suitable for planning and managing the effort
– Correct deviations from plans and perform delivery planning for assigned projects
– Assist in team development while team holdings accountable for their commitments, removing roadblocks to their works
– Achieve the project goals within designated project constraints
Skills:-
– Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
– Expert knowledge of both agile and traditional project management principles and practices
– A proven track record of successfully implementing software development projects using agile methodologies
– Effective interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building
– Solid understanding of and demonstrated experience in using the following tools/technologies like:-
# Agile project management tools such as Jira/Greenhoper, Rally, Version One, or equivalent
# Solid experience in Python, Java, C++
# Good understanding of Gitlab, Github, or similar repositories
– Good exposure in managing enterprise projects in a high-tech development environment
– Excellent oral and written communication skills
– Effective interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building
– Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the big picture view
– Experience in any health care domain will be an added advantage
