Job Overview:
We seek an experienced Solutions Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will
have expertise in Node.js, React.js, MongoDB, and Generative AI technologies, with
a deep understanding of multiple large language models (LLMs) like OpenAI,
Llama3, and Claude. The architect will be responsible for translating client
requirements into high-level architectural designs and ensuring the successful delivery
of our product roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, gather
detailed requirements, and provide expert suggestions to enhance product
offerings.
• High-Level Design: Develop and present high-level architecture designs that
meet business requirements while ensuring scalability, security, and
performance.
• Technical Leadership: Guide the development team by defining clear technical
directions, coding standards, and best practices. Oversee the development
process to ensure adherence to the design.
• System Architecture: Design scalable, distributed, and high-performance
systems that integrate with multiple Large Language Models (LLMs) and
utilize Azure cloud infrastructure effectively.
• Project Planning: Create comprehensive project plans, including timelines,
milestones, and resource allocation, to ensure timely delivery.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with development, QA, and DevOps
teams to ensure smooth project execution from design to deployment.
• Innovation and Optimization: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in
Generative AI, LLMs, and Azure services to recommend new tools and
approaches for continuous improvement.

Documentation: Maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation of system  architecture, design principles, and coding standards. 

• Quality Assurance: Ensure all delivered systems and architectures meet the  highest standards of quality, scalability, and security. 

Required Qualifications: 

• Experience: 7+ years of experience in software development and architecture,  with a strong focus on Node.js, React.js, and Generative AI technologies. • AI Expertise: Proven experience with multiple LLMs like OpenAI, Llama3,  Claude, and the ability to integrate and optimize these models for production  environments. 
• Design Skills: Expertise in designing scalable, distributed, and high 

performance systems using microservices architecture. 

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with  a demonstrated ability to interact effectively with clients and team members. • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability  to adapt to changing project requirements. 
• Project Management: Experience in agile methodologies and project  management tools, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects  on time. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP) is a plus. 
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. 
• Knowledge of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and data modelling.
