Experience required: 10 + years

Job Description:

 Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure
proper operations of the organization.
 Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability.
 Manage the daily functions of the business.
 Prepare annual performance review and re-evaluate processes.
 Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable departments.
 Grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance
and sustain the organization’s internal capacity.
 Manage budget to align with goals of business.
 Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
 Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices

 Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency.
 Coordination of project execution, production, purchase, despatch, logistics and

Requirements and skills:

 Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role
 Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
 Experience budgeting and forecasting
 Familiarity with business and financial principles
 Excellent communication skills
 Leadership ability
