Wanted Project Manager – Civil for an Interior Designing Company @Trivandrum,Kollam,Cochin,Calicut,Kannur,Coimbatore, and Vadakara

Candidates having B Tech / BE / B Arch / Diploma in Civil with 12 years of experience Construction industry. The candidate should have thorough knowledge in Civil works for residential and commercial building projects.  Need to manage & coordinate a Team of Site Engineers, Designers & Estimators, prepare BoQ, knowledge in material and labour rates and its application. Knowledge in Autocad and MS Office is a must.

Require similar profile for Project Manager – Interior also.  Apart from Civil, the candidate should have good experience in execution of Interior works thru a Team of Site Engineers, Designers & Estimators.  (Degree / Diploma in Interior is a must).  Local candidates only.

Salary: 30,000.00 – 50,000.00 per month.
