QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS :

• Minimum of bachelor’s degree (any field is fine)
• Fluent and clear communication in Malayalam, English and Hindi.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office programs and in desktop and mobile technology.
• Knowledge in MS-Office and Report generation.
• Minimum one year experience as a team leader or experience in team management.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Ability to train and co-ordinate team members.
• Impart training to team member as and when needed.
• Be a learner and keep track of developments and changes and also keep the team updated and trained.
• Ability to develop, implement and assess performance metrics and report to Seniors on a daily basis.
