Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1. Plan and implement new designs
2. Optimize existing user interface designs
3. Test for intuitivity and experience
4. Communicate with internal team to understand the business goals and objectives
5. Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and
user-centered solutions
6. Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements
7. Create wireframes, User flows, IA, prototypes(different fidelities) for new & existing product
ideas
8. Develop mobile and SEO friendly designs
9. Test new ideas before implementing
10. Conduct an ongoing user and competitor research

Qualifications:

● At least 6 months-1 year of experience as an UI-UX Designer or similar role
● UI design portfolio
● Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
● Ability to discuss and explain design options
● Detail oriented
● Critical thinker
● Problem solver and customer-centered
● Knowledge of Adobe range of products including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat
and Dreamweaver or Figma, Sketch, etc.
● Experienced in HTML5, CSS3 and Bootstrap
● Knowledge of Usability Factors in Human Computer Interaction
● Experience in developing B2B platform is an added advantage
