The job description for Commis is the food preparation work and basic cooking under the supervision of a chef de partie or section chef, rotating through sections such as sauce, vegetables, fish, butchery, etc.
The qualification  required for Commis is diploma or degree in hotel management and specialized in the particular section mentioned.
