Qualification:
· MBA in Sales and Marketing from a recognized university
Experience:
· 10 plus years of experience in sales in FMCG industry
· Experience in handling sales in international market would be preferred

Job Summary:
To positively impact sales performance by developing a wide network of customers across the globe and ensuring substantial increase in sales revenue and sales volume at the international market.
Job Responsibilities: 1. In-charge of overseeing sales operations and revenue generation in B2B segment in the international market. 2. Develops and implements strategic marketing plans, sales plans and forecast to achieve business goals 3. Oversee daily sales activities, generate sales report, and suggest ideas on market penetration and product visibility 4. Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other functions 5. Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects through customer visits, calls etc 6. Ensure product specifications are met by working with the quality and production department 7. Accountable for shipment and logistics of products by coordinating with production and logistics teams 8. Deliver solutions to logistics problems while maintaining high levels of quality and service within budgetary requirements 9. Organize and co-ordinate with team to represent the organization for exhibitions and fairs at the International level 10. Identify potential leads and ensure sale closure thereby increasing customer base and sales volume 11. Address customer queries and grievances and suggest improvement in terms of products and service quality 12. Accountable for country specific certification and renewal processes 13. Responsible for maintaining and submitting consolidated report of International sales weekly and monthly to the management 14. Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify inefficiencies and cost optimization opportunities |
