Wanted Senior Engineer(IT)for a reputed IT Company at Kakkanad,Cochin
Qualification : Degree/Diploma,
Experience : 2-3 Year Experience
Attend all Server, Workstation Calls (Troubleshooting, Servicing, Configuration & Installation of all hardware and software related to Server).
v Attend all Network Calls (Troubleshooting, Servicing & Configuration of Switches, Routers, Firewall etc…).
v Manage L1 & Trainee Engineers and support them to identify the complaint and help them to provide proper solution.
v Manage escalated calls which our L1 engineers are not able to rectify.
v There will be field call for them.
