We’re looking for an energetic and people-focused HR Manager to lead our human resource
functions and drive a positive workplace culture across our branches.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement HR systems, policies, and standard procedures.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning activities.
• Conduct employee training, performance reviews, and skill
development programs.
• Handle employee relations, engagement, and grievance management.
• Ensure full compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
• Oversee attendance, payroll, and HR audits across all units.
• Prepare HR reports and support management in decision-making.
• Travel to branch locations for HR audits, recruitment, and training sessions as
required.
Requirements
• Qualification: MBA / Master’s in Human Resource Management.
• Experience: 4–8 years in HR operations, preferably in interior / manufacturing / retail
sectors.
• Age: Between 28 and 40 years.
• Strong communication, leadership, and training delivery skills.
• Hands-on experience with HR software and statutory compliance.
• Self-motivated, ethical, and adaptable to field and office environments.
