Damaged Items:

If you receive damaged products, please inform our Customer Service Team within 7 days of delivery. Contact information is provided below.

How to initiate a return:

1. Contact us: Within 7 days of delivery, email us at with your order details, including your order number.

2. Reason for return (optional): Briefly explain why you’re requesting a refund. This feedback helps us improve our products and services.

Processing the Refund:

  • Our customer support team will review your request.
  • Once approved, you will receive an email and SMS notification with refund details.
  • We require a copy of your purchase receipt for return processing.
  • Refund timeframe: Once approved, it may take up to 15 business days for the refund to reach your account.

Important Notes:

  • Refunds can only be issued to the name on the original Aspirejo HR Solutions LLP order and the corresponding bank account.
  • To receive a refund, please provide a photo of a cancelled cheque or bank passbook along with a copy of a valid ID (Aadhaar Card or PAN Card).
  • Downloaded documents are not applicable for any return and refunds.
