Annual CTC: 9.60 LPA to 12 LPA
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Zonal manager to lead our sales
team in the mobile industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales
management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the mobile market.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the mobile
industry.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key dealers.
Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify areas for growth.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales campaigns and
promotions.
Distributor and dealer management
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
Proven track record of success in sales management in the mobile industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
