Develop and execute a robust iron ore Marketing strategy aligned with business objectives with clear
focus on Governance.
Drive enhancement in market share in NSR friendly market.
Inculcate strong sense of data based and analytical decision making within the organization.
Foster collaborative partnerships with various stakeholders to facilitate seamless supply chain
management.
Employ continuous and critical Peer Benchmarking for value enhancement.
Uphold the highest standards of governance, ethics, and compliance in all marketing activities.
Plan and execute Top Dollar Initiatives by application of Smart & Critical thinking by way of
strategic initiatives.
Qualification & Eligibility:B.E./B.Tech with MBA in Marketing and +12 yrs. of relevant experience.

About the Business: Company business produces Iron Ore, Pig Iron and Coke which caters to the
requirements of Iron & Steel supply chain. Company comprises of IOG, IOK, IOO, VAB, Sesa Cement, Sesa Coke – Gujarat & Maharashtra and WCL – Liberia. The business has a unique competitive advantage of having operations in 5 States and 2 Countries and has aggressive growth vision of 1Bn$ EBITDA backed by our expansion plan of 25 MnT Iron Ore production and doubling Pig Iron production from 1 MnT to 2MnT.
