Job Description:

 Plan, Organise and execute tasks to successfully launch the hotel
 Hiring and training staff
 Setting up systems and processes for operations, finance, housekeeping, security and human
resources
 Ordering equipment, supplies, and inventory
 Preparing the property for guest arrival
 Managing the budget and financial performance of the hotel
 Developing and implementing marketing and public relations strategies
 Identify and establish strong relation with vendors suppliers and partners
 Ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations
 Plan Implement and Manage day to day operations ensuring extra ordinary staying
experience for the guest
 Oversee the development of a strong work culture with accountability and performance
 Develop a strong brand identity
 Ensure quality standard with regular inspections, monitoring and guest feedback and
implementing changes to improve guest satisfaction

Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field
 2 -5 years of experience in hotel management
 Strong leadership skills and management skills with the ability to motivate and manage a
team
 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
 Knowledge of financial management, revenue management and marketing

 Knowledge of industry best practices and trends
 Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
 Strong organisational skill and attention to detail
 Skill to build strong, dedicated and high-performance team
