Post : HR Executive and Admin
Responsibilities:

Manage Employees Documentation, Leaves, Payroll and End to End Recruitments.

Ensure accurate and timely submission of EPF and ESIC contributions, returns, and other statutory filings.

Coordinate with accounts team for processing salary and other statutory payments.

Respond to EPF and ESIC queries from employees and regulatory authorities, providing assistance and resolving issues as needed.

Stay updated on changes to EPF and ESIC regulations and guidelines, ensuring compliance in all HR processes and procedures.

Coordinate with accounts team to purchase company assets.

Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
-
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
-
Prepare MIS and reports, presentations, and other company documentation.
-
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
-
Responsible for Administrative day today activities.

Support other departments with administrative tasks as required.
-
Maintain Asset list and related records.
-
Prepare and maintain Rent agreements, Administrative agreements, AMCs etc.
Qualification:
-
Bachelor’s degree related in HR preferred.
-
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in HR operations.

Strong analytical and communication skills

Knowledge in HRMS software
-
MS Office knowledge, MS Excel knowledge is mandatory.

Male candidate preferred

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule: Day shift
