Wanted Production Head for an Interior Company @Palakkad

Experience required: 10 + years

Annual CTC: 6 – 8.4 LPA

Job Description:

 Manage whole factory operations, manpower & cost control.
 Execute production of custom furniture orders.
 Ensure effectiveness of interiors fit-out installation.
 Planning and organising production schedules.
 Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met
 Plan and schedule production of custom furniture orders.
 Study interior fit-out project drawings
 Provide technical advice on joinery and installation.
 Lead and supervise workmen’s performance.
 Monitor & ensure on-time production and installations.
 Organising the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
 Liaise and monitor outsourced work quality and progress
 Oversee the management of stores and logistics.

Requirements and skills:

 Minimum 10 Yrs. Proven experience as Production Head / Manager.
 Experience in using various types of panel processing machinery and tools. (Pressing,
Cutting, edge banding & CNC)
 Deep knowledge of production Planning & Controlling system (PPC)
 Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
 Strong people management experience and the ability to direct large workforces
through Supervisors and hands on approach
 Organizational and leadership abilities
 Problem-solving skills
