Responsibilities QC Executive
Reporting – To Management (GM/MD)
Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes
Devise and review specifications for products or processes with SOP and process mapping
Set requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitor their
compliance
Adherence to ISO 9001:2015/FSSC 22000 Standards
Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations
Supervise inspectors, technicians and other staff and provide guidance and feedback
Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards
Inspect final output and compare properties to requirements
Approve the right products or reject defectives
Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis
Solicit feedback from customers to assess whether their requirements are met
Submit detailed reports to appropriate executives
Be on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures
Understanding customer and stakeholder requirements to develop effectual quality control

Devising specifications for products/ processes
Setting raw material requirements for suppliers and monitoring their compliance.
Conducting an assessment of the company's production processes and curating in-house quality
policies
Ensure that the manufacturing processes comply with both local and global production standards
Collaborating with quality personnel for the implementation of systems, procedures, and standards
of operation
Conducting quality audits to ensure that the quality policies are being adhered to
Training quality assurance personnel for building a strong work unit
Establishing procedures for sampling, recording and reporting data
