Position: Senior MERN Stack Developer

Location: Trivandrum or Kochi

Salary: 18 LPA

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years

Responsibilities:

Lead the development of web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).

Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other developers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.

Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and translate them into user-friendly and intuitive web applications.

Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Implement security and data protection measures.

Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure adherence to software development best practices.

Technical Stack Required:

MongoDB: Proficient in designing and working with NoSQL databases, along with implementing database security and data protection.

Express.js: Extensive experience in developing APIs and backend services using Express.js.

React: Advanced proficiency in React and its core principles, including the development of dynamic user interfaces.

Node.js: Deep understanding of Node.js and its frameworks, capable of building efficient, scalable server-side applications.

Front-End Technologies: Strong command over front-end languages such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, along with familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.

Version Control Systems: Expertise in using version control systems, such as Git, for source code management.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in web application development using the MERN stack.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Excellent communication skills and a commitment to collaborative problem solving and quality product development.
