Strategy Development: • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company’s marketing goals. • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and set measurable targets for social media campaigns. 2. Content Creation and Curation: • Create engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms, including text, image, and video content. • Curate relevant and trending content to share with the audience. 3. Community Management: • Foster a positive online community by actively engaging with followers and responding to comments and messages. • Monitor social media channels for brand mentions and discussions related to the industry. 4. Campaign Management: • Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote products, services, or brand initiatives. • Utilize advertising tools on social media platforms to maximize campaign reach. 5. Analytics and Reporting: • Monitor social media analytics regularly and provide insights and recommendations based on performance data. • Prepare regular reports showcasing the impact of social media efforts on key metrics. 6. Stay Updated on Industry Trends: • Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media marketing. • Implement innovative and creative approaches to maintain a competitive edge. Requirements: 1. Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 2. Experience: • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing social media strategies. 3. Skills: • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). • Proficiency in content creation and social media management tools. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. • Creativity and the ability to think outside the box. 4. Interpersonal Skills: • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Adaptability: • Willingness to adapt to changing social media trends and algorithms. • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Qualification: • Education: A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, business, or a related field is often preferred. However, some employers may consider equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree. • Digital Marketing Knowledge: Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies, including social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and SEO. • Social Media Expertise: In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.). • Familiarity with each platform’s unique features, algorithms, and best practices. • Ability to create and implement social media campaigns. • Customer Service Skills: Understanding of customer service principles for responding to comments, messages, and engaging with the audience in a positive manner. • Experience: Previous experience in social media management or digital marketing is highly valued.
